If you change an Issue Type description in Administration --> Issue Types then you should be able to see that change when clicking on the yellow next to Issue Type when creating an issue.
However, if you edit the Issue Type descriptions:
The default Issue Types are not affected:
Note:
- Custom Issue Types change without any problems.
- Issue Type Icons also change.
Is this perhaps a bug or is there something missing from this scenario?
Can we please investigate?
