Check for existence of file for System Restore should be case sensitive.

    Description

      The problem I have is with system restore:

      • I have file called BACKUP.zip that I was trying to restore and mistakenly I was typing BACKUP.ZIP

      The error I was getting was SAXParseException and not File not found.
