Different access for local network (intranet) users and other users

      We have set up Jira as an internal request tracking and workflow tools, but want to open parts to a larger user group (anonymously) without making everything currently anonymously readable visible.
      This would require detecting client network (which by itself is useful) and being able use this information for access control.
