'Shopping Basket'

      This is a general idea for JIRA that would be quite fun to use. Basically it's to have a shopping basket for issues to allow a list of issues [much like that shown in find-issues] to be created.

      It would be stored under the find-issues tab later on, so really it's two pieces of code:

      1) Add to shopping basket
      2) Filter to show what's in shopping basket
