1) Configure a connection to Zendesk.
2) From the View Issue page, attempt to create a link to a ZenDesk ticket.

The dialog shows no errors, and when you click "Link" it closes but doesn't create the link. There is no indication in the UI about what has gone wrong.

• A connection test completes successfully.
• There are no records of anything in the diagnostics except the successful connection tests.
• I've set up authentication to the jira-agent@customware.net user using the API token shown on the Zendesk pages.
• The only possibly relevant info in the JIRA logs is this:

  I remember we've encountered that message before with the Connectors but I think it was a false alarm.

To be clear, there are three issues here:
1) (As a tester) I can't get it working and I don't know why, so I can't complete the testing.
2) (As an end-user) I have no error feedback to let me know I need to get an admin to look at it.
3) (As an admin) I have no information to help me identify and fix the issue.
