Create button on Create Issue screen can be clicked twice, causing duplicate issues to be created

It is possible to click the Create button on the Create Issue screen multiple times before the page changes. This causes Jira to create multiple identical issues. The Create button should be disabled after the first click so that the user does not accidentally create multiple copies of the same issue.
