Auth token expires too quickly; no way to configure alternative time

      The token returned from the SOAP "login" method expires in 30 minutes which is too soon for some test cases to complete. This lifetime is hard coded in the token manger implementation. There needs to be some kind of configuration mechanism to extend this token's lifetime on a per-implementation basis.
