    Description

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      When marking "Linked Issues" field as required, it is correctly displayed on a form with red star as required, however this condition is not enforced. Issue had been created without requiring a link to be added
