      Hi,

      Double clicking on "Add comment" button in JIRA creates duplicate comments with same details.

      To reproduce:

      Open an issue
      Click comment button to write a comment
      Double click on Add button.
      Duplicate comments are created.

      (I tried to reproduce on Firefox 5.0 and Chrome 12.0)
