      A request from my users:
      the ability when requesting a 'watch' on an issue, to automatically set watch on all linked issues
      ie have a 'parent issue' with lots of small sub tasks - just click watch on the parent, and have the choice to automatically get added as watcher on all sub tasks/linked tasks
