change portlets to gadgets in i18 file

Came across this snippet when creating a dashboard:

Alternatively, choose 'Blank dashboard' to create a dashboard with no portlets.

Perhaps just grep the i18 files for the word 'portlets'? It should be 'gadget', I suspect almost everywhere.
