Description

Time tracking field does not accept decimal value that is not multiple of 5. Step to replicate:
- Enable Time Tracking
- Create an issue and set the any of the Time Tracking field as "1.55". Issue will be created successfully.
- Create an issue and set the any of the Time Tracking field as "1.52" and JIRA will throw error that said "The original estimate specified is not valid" as shown in the following screenshot:
