Broken Thumbnail Attachment causes Activity Stream to break

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Download the attached attachment
      2. Attach it to an issue
      3. The issue's activity tab will be showing this error. Same problem goes to Activity Stream gadget.

      A workaround at the moment is to disable the Thumnail images via Administration -> Global Settings -> Attachments
