Can't create an issue with a "Due Date" field present

    Description

      In Default Permission Group I gave "Schedule Issues" Permission to jira-developers; Then I started creating a new issue (I'm a member of that group), when submitting the form I got "Form Errors : an exception occured : java.lang.IllegalArgumentException : isHasIssuePermission can only take an issue: Project is not..."
      When "Due Date" fiels is absent, then issues are created just fine
