Resize the window with the dropdown list open and the dropdown list jumps to nowhere

    Description

      To Replicate:

      1. In internet explorer 7 open the issue actions dialog
      2. Press down for suggestions
      3. Resize window to small resolution

      This bug only occurs when resizing at a small resolution. If you open the suggestions when you are already at a small resolution the bug does not occur.

      I have looked into this briefly and it seems in IE7 jQuery is not calculating the offset of the field correctly on resize.
