System Info should display custom and updated plugins separately from the bundled plugins

As of the 4.0 release list of the plugins listed in the Plugins section of System Info has dramatically increased.

In Support often we need to go through the list of the installed plugin while troubleshooting problems reported by customers.

Dividing the list into two part where we would separate the upgraded plugins and 3th party one from the bundled plugins would greatly benefit Support.

Currently, we need to go through over 60 bundled plugins and look for any plugin that doesn't seem to be provided by default in JIRA.
