Issue searching can not find issue if summary begins with a decimal number

    Description

      Two issues- one with "[testing issue 4.4]" in the summary, the other "[4.4 testing issue]"

      Issue navigator find "testing issue 4.4" correctly

      Issue navigator finds no issues for "4.4 testing issue"

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. JRASERVER-20241 JIRA currently cannot search for colons (:) in text fields or this feature appears to be broken.
