"Next/previous issue" on view issue should use left/right arrows instead of up/down

    Description

      With JIRA 4.1 the layout of the next/previous issue-pager was changed. Now it uses up/down triangles instead of left/right arrows. I think, this should be changed, because it is not the normal way, to page through a hitset in web applications.

      And using up/down triangles is not consistent with other UI concepts in JIRA 4.1 like switching through different versions of a project or paging in issue navigator.

      The down triangle is used in JIRA for drop down menues.

      I would prefere something like this
