Voted Issues gadget - clicking "Include resolved issues" toggles "Show the total..."

When in the edit settings for this gadget, clicking the text for the Include resolved issues checkbox the option for Show the total votes per issue is toggled instead.

The reason for this bug is an incorrect id for the Include resolved issues checkbox which has the same as Include resolved issues see screenshot from firebug.
