JQL: Inconsistent behavior across simple and advanced screen for archived versions.

Steps:
1. Login as admin. Suppose user has a project A with version Ver1 and Ver2.
2. Once Ver1 is released, user click "Manage version" from project menu and mark it "Archive".
3. Goto Simple search view, the user currently don't "Ver1" for project A in left side.
4. Goto advance and try to write a query like project = A and affectedversion=Ver1. User gets "Ver1" in the auto complete list for affected version. Search on query gives correct result. User can also move to simple view with this query. Click "Simple".

Result:
1. Here the inconsistent behavior start happening, user can't see "Ver1" selected for project A.
2. Trying to execute the same query in simple view run query as project = A.

Expected:
1. Behavior should be consistent across simple and advanced view.
