The package scanner used for OSGi plugins can extract incorrect version numbers when there is a number in the library name.

The problem arises when there is a number in the library name after a dash or underscore.

eg "stuff-foo2-2.3.4.jar" will be reported as version "2.2.3.4" when it should be version "2.3.4"
