Documentation on making the JIRA DB read-only is obsolete

The page at http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Making+databases+read-only+for+upgrade+backups does not work and JIRA is not designed for it to work.
The page should be deleted and another page created that gives some guidance on reducing inconsistent data in a JIRA export.
I'd suggest the new page could be a child page of http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Backing+Up+Data
