User can't click on drop downs and select other preference options in IE

Steps:
1. Login to JIRA.
2. Goto Dashboard and open the preference dialog for any gadget.
3. Try clicking to open fields with drop down options.

Result:
1. Its not working.
2. Something clicking twice thrice open the dialog ones. Error on page
