Remove the xerces files from Tomcat's endorsed folder in the Standalone build.

Details

    Description

      In order for JIRA to work under Java 1.4, we used to include the xerces jar under common/endorsed.
      However, this is now out of date, and we don't support Java 1.4 any more.
      We need to remove these files in order for some plugins to work correctly.
