We have a run query without permission checks on our LuceneQueryProvider but our query factories do not allow this to work correctly

We have a run query without permission checks on our LuceneQueryProvider but our query factories do not allow this to work correctly.

We need to:

• Add a method on the SearchHandlerManager that will allow you to get a handler without checking permissions
• Examine how much trouble we are in in the QueryFactories and functions (we know we have a problem with version functions)
• Change the code such that we avoid the problem (discuss this with the team before we decide how to proceed).
