IE 8: Extra tabs in the Create/Edit Issue are blank

    Description

      The extra tabs in the Create/Edit Issue are blank. We tested it in IE 7 (good), Firefox (good), IE 8 (bad). I'm not sure, but would it be related to this issue? http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-15075

      I've attached screenshots of the same issue in IE8 and Firefox.
