Restrict the possible issue types to be linked with a certain issue link type

Our organization is using JIRA to manage the maintenance and development of 60 projects, but we have outsourced the source code generation using two external software factories and a service level agreement. We send requests to fix known defects in the applications, to upgrade existing features, or develop new features to theese software factories and we receive new versions of the applications. Our worflows are very complex and we manage a respectable bunch of different issue types and issue link types.

For us it would be very useful if it could be possible to restrict set of "issue types" allowed to be linked with certain "issue link type".

This feature would avoid to stablish links between issue types for which that issue link type has no sense. It would also make easier to find the correct issue link type in the combo, as it would contain fewer elements.
