There is no way to go back to summary page of the project if user click "browse component" or "browse version"

teps to Reproduce:
1. Launch JIRA 4.0(using bamboo build 139 Trunk)
2. Click on "Browse Project".
3. Select "Roadmap"/"version"/"component" and click inside on any version/component to open browse version/component screen.
4. On the top of the page we have links "All projects", "return to version/component", <link to project> and <link to project avatar"

Result:
1. All the links except "All projects" on the top page points to the last selected tab, there is no way a user can go back to the summary page of the project.

Expected:
1. The Project and project avatar link should take user back to the summary page.
