In the issue tab, unscheduled and no component heading are not properly placed

teps to Reproduce:
1. Launch JIRA 4.0(using bamboo build 139 Trunk)
2. Click on "Browse project" and select any project. Click on "issues" tab.
3. select a project having some issues unschedule and some issues not assigned to any component.

Result:
1. I am attaching the snapshot of both Jira 3.13.2 and 4.0.
2. As there is no icon with these two heading, seems like icon space is left and then the labels were placed. The blank space is having a hyperlink.

Expected:
1. The "Unscheduled" and "no component" should be left aligned.
