      There have been at least 2 cases where customers using 3.13.1 have tried to modify this file and received an error such as:

      [BugzillaImport]:com.atlassian.jira.util.BugzillaImportBean.getAllBugzillaProjects(Lcom/atlassian/jira/web/action/util/BugzillaConnectionBean;)Ljava/util/Map;<p><small><small><pre>java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: com.atlassian.jira.util.BugzillaImportBean.getAllBugzillaProjects

      This file should be updated. I'm attaching a working copy of that java file thanks to Ajay.
