    Description

      I want to build a JIRA client in .NET. I want to interface with JIRA SOAP Service to create issues, update issues and serach issues dynamically.

      By exploring the SOAP Service it provides create and update remote calls.
      However, the Search method is limited as one cant provide parameters for search dynamically to it. (There is no answer to JRA-7626).

      My question is, if there is no remote/dynamic searching available, do i need to write a JIRA plug-in (in JAVA) for it. Is it a feasible option.
