Cannot revoke global permissions from non existent groups

If a non existent group has been given a permission on the global permissions page (for example, if the group once existed in an external provider but then was deleted), and you try to delete the permission for that group, an error is returned saying that the group does not exist, and the error message is positioned above the drop down box for selecting groups to add.
