No apparent order to Issue Type Schemes when in 'Choose Issue Type Scheme' view in creating a new project

This is an annoyance that has pestered me since the invention of Issue Type Schemes, and I thought perhaps it would be fixed for the 3.12.3 version. I've tried searching this database for any reported issue similar, and cannot find one. Apologies if this is a repeat.

I've attached a copy of our 'Select Issue Type Scheme' screen. Notice we have a LOT of issue type schemes in our particular instance of JIRA - yet there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason on the order that they appear.
Alphabetical order? No.
Order that they were created? Not even close!
What's the logic? Could we have it?
