Add user to Issue Security Level: misprint in error message

On Issue Security Levels page select some scheme and click 'Security Levels' link.
When trying to add same user to security level next message should be displayed:
"This issue security already exists".
Actual result is that words "issue" and "security" printed as solid word:
"This issuesecurity already exists".
