Should be able to configure multiple SMTP servers

    Description

      It would be great if it were possible to configure multiple SMTP servers and those servers could be selectable per Project or Issue Type. The Mail Server screen actually makes it sound as if you can configure Multiple SMTP Servers. Also it would be nice if the email prefix could be configured per Project or Issue Type.
