Description
To reproduce this bug:
On the "Manage Versions" page of a project that has existing versions,
1. Add a new version (A) to the top of the list without a description
2. Add another new version (B) to the top of the list without a description
3. Edit A. Add a description.
4. Edit B, the Schedule field is incorrect. It is set to "Before First Version", It should be A.
