Show hide on Projects portlet is not working

It seems the Projects portlet "Hide >> /Show >>" functionality is no longer working.

If you click hide and show, the text changes but the content itself is never shown/hidden.

A quick inspection of the code shows that it isnt doing any hiding and showing. It sets a cookie and swaps the hide/show text but it doesnt hide anything.

I figure its been broken in the new 4.0 code base but its not present on JAC at 3.12.x either.
