ColorPicker for LookAndFeel page does not work on all browsers

    Description

      A blitz test has revealed that the Color Picker does not work on all browsers.

      This has probably been true for a while but since the page doesnt get used much we dont have reports on it.

      Since we use YUI would could use the whiz bang YUI color picker instead
