Make the "Fix Version", "Component", "Assignee" and "Reporter" fields in Issue Navigator results always link to the relevant Browse pages.

    Description

      • Ensure the links do not appear for Excel views of the results as links screw up Excel.
      • review all fields (system and custom) to get a catalogue of what the relevant browse page would be for each
