Jelly backwards-compatibility broken - commentLevel attribute removed

    Description

      In JIRA 3.6.x and earlier, the jira:AddComment and jira:TransitionWorkflow tags had a commentLevel attribute, which specified a group to restrict the comment's visibility to.

      In JIRA 3.7, commentLevel was silently removed in favour of groupLevel and roleLevel. Existing Jelly scripts would break with errors like:

      <jira:TransitionWorkflow> Invalid attribute 'commentLevel'.
