    Description

      I just lost my previously half-reported bug because JIRA's cache headers break browser navigation.

      Please fix a la Oysta's post on Extranet:

      http://extranet.atlassian.com/display/DEV/HTTP+caching+primer

      I'll now go ahead and raise the first bug again.
