All fields in tickets (as used by in support.atlassian.com, jira.atlassian.com) that can be long should be wrapped

All text fields in tickets (as used by in support.atlassian.com, jira.atlassian.com) that can be long should wrap. When some fields (like Environment) are too long, it stretches the whole page too far right which makes comments to hard to read.

Unlike http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-7711 , this issue occurs even when the environment field contains spaces such that the text would normally wrap in a table unless specifically told not to.
