Deleting a group does not check if there are any worklogs with the group restriction like it does for comments

The delete group page will prompt you for a swap group if there are any comment visibility restricted by that group. This used to work for worklogs as well when they were stored in the same table as the comments. When they were moved out this stopped working.

The behavior that will be seen is that if you delete a group you will just never see the worklog again, it will be an orphan. The delete group needs to be fixed to include a check against worklogs as well as comments.
