    Description

With the default Time Format of hh:mm a and default Day Format of hh:mm a EEEE, these match (all word followed by time):
      Monday 08:30 AM

But if I change my Time Format to HH:mm and Day Format to HH:mm EEEE, (I want time followed by word) then I get:
      08:30 Monday

I think it would be better if Today and Yesterday took their ordering from Day Format, so with my formats I would always get time followed by word:
      04:32 Today
      08:01 Yesterday
      08:30 Monday

Note that Today and Yesterday should never be abbreviated, regardless of the number of E's in Day Format.
