Update Comment field on the attach screenshot page not wrapping at word boundaries

A user reported this:

The Update Comment field on the Attach Screenshot page is not wrapping at word boundaries but at letter boundaries.

To fix this, you will have to call

setWrapStyleWord(true)

on the textArea

Attached a screenshot of the offending page. Note how the word "administration" is split.
