README.txt contains out of date information about mailing-list

The README.txt contains the following line 'Errors' section:

If you encounter any errors, please report them to the mailing list
(jira-user@lists.atlassian.com).

However you cannot post directly to the mailing-list; you must sign-up first. It would probably be better to point users to support.atlassian.com, where they can find links to more information or create a support issue.
