Edit comment - Save button disappears-

When editing a comment, if a user blanks out the body and presses Save they are presented with an error:
"Comment body can not be empty!" (which by the way is not I18n'd apparently, for French).
Then, if the user tries to re-enter some text, they find the Save button has been removed from the screen.
