Component and Versions displayed on the manage links or attachment screens are wrong

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new issue with components and versions (eg. issue TST-1 with component C1 and version V1)
   • To reproduce on manage attachments page
     1. Attach a file to TST-1
     2. The component and version on the page says 'None' for both instead of C1 and V1 respectively
   • To reproduce on manage links page
     1. Create another issue (eg. TST-2)
     2. Link both issues (TST-1 and TST-2)
     3. Goto manage links page (click on "Issue links")
     4. The component and version on the page says 'None' for both instead of C1 and V1 respectively

Note: The summary, created, updated and due dates have correct values.
