CSV Importer - Unmapped Fields should not include new/existing CustomField

    Description

      There are some fields in the config which end with EXISTING_CUSTOM_FIELD, NEW_CUSTOM_FIELD and NEW_CUSTOM_FIELD_TYPE. The initiailiseUnmappedFields() method in 3.7.x should not take them into consideration.
