    Description

      In JIRA 3.7.2 source distribution, we are still using the old maven repository url which causes maven fails to download necessary artifacts.

      Should use:

      http://mirrors.ibiblio.org/pub/mirrors/maven

      instead of:

      http://www.ibiblio.org/maven
